Shipping policy

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the US.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.
• We currently ship within the US.
• Free standard shipping is offered on all orders.

You may update or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, we cannot make further changes. Please contact our support team at wecare@knottedweaves.com if you need assistance.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags and packaging intact

• Ship your returned item(s) back to us: Upon receipt of return, you'll receive store credit for the value of your return, minus a $15 restocking fee.

• Refund: Free returns with no shipping fee.
• Store credit: Free returns with no shipping fee.

• Do not combine items from multiple orders in one return package; it may delay processing.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or do not meet our criteria.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Refunds will be made in the original method of payment once return is received. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed.
